How do you ensure the quality and freshness of your products?
We source only the finest seasonal ingredients, often directly from the Barossa Valley. Our products are prepared in small batches and shipped in temperature-controlled packaging where necessary to ensure they arrive at your door in peak condition.
Where do you ship to and how long does it take?
We ship Australia-wide. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location, while express options are available for major metropolitan areas. Please note we cannot ship to P.O. boxes for hampers containing perishable items.
Can I include a personalized message with a gift hamper?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you will have the option to add a personalized gift message which we will print on a premium card and include inside your hamper at no extra cost.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food products for change of mind. However, if an item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
Yes, we have a wide range of dietary-friendly products. You can use the filters on our shop page to browse specifically for gluten-free, dairy-free, or vegan-friendly preserves, pastes, and gift sets.
How can I track my order?
